Meet Marla Bruemmer,
Home Designer, Fine Home Architecture

With over 18 years of experience, Marla Bruemmer specializes in residential design and has designed numerous homes in Southwest Michigan. One thing is certain when working with her: Marla is able to design the perfect home or your family. She begins by listening to your wishes, including everything from lifestyle needs to budget. After gathering that information, she evaluates site conditions and creates a hand drawn concept design.

Upon approval of the concept, she uses computer aided design software to generate the working documents. The software renders your home in three dimensions, which allows the use of virtual tours to assist you in visualizing your dream home before it is built.

Meet Becky Marvin,
Interior Designer

Becky Marvin has been designing interior spaces for commercial and residential clients for over twenty years. In 1995 Becky opened the doors to Threshold Interiors, where she provides space planning, finish specifications, lighting layouts, furniture/accessory planning and project management. As a featured designer for the Home Builders Association’s popular Parade of Homes, Becky has designed and furnished seven homes during her five years of participation. Bill brought her on board to furnish and accessorize his 2003 Parade of Homes entry. Since that initial collaboration, they have worked together to design his Parade Home nearly every year (In 2007 Bill worked with Marla Bruemmer, above). “[The Parade] is a wonderful opportunity to showcase innovative ideas in interior design,” she says. Becky is also an interior Designer and Sales Representative for the home furnishing store Welling, Ripley & Labs.
